Volunteer

Fresh Food Project Volunteer:

The Fresh Food Project is a community grocer shop. This happens on Tuesdays. It's goal is to reduce food waste whilst also giving the community access to good food for incredible value. We are looking for people who can help who can help us to collect food from stores.

Full training will be provided.

Cafe Volunteer:

We are looking for three volunteers to run our cafe.  The position will involve serving, taking payment, handling orders and preparing food. 

Full training will be provided.

Building support:

We would love to have volunteers who have a keen eye for detail to support the use of the space. To make sure the space is safe clean and ready for groups and activities. This role whilst might have some directive would also look for someone with initiative to look for how things could and should be so that when people come into our space they know theyre valued and we care about what we do. 

Training will be provided.

Gardening Volunteer:

We would love to create a beautiful garden for visitors and the community to enjoy and for our playgroup to use.  Part  of this will also be growing fresh fruit and veg which will contribute towards our Fresh Food Project. If you love gardening and could volunteer a day a week we would appreciate your help.
